Our luxurious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom lakeside home (sleeps up to 6) is situated in the quiet, select, residential development of Wellington Lakes on the southern outskirts of Fort Myers. The villa is fully furnished and equipped for all your needs; and very spacious with 2000 square feet of air conditioned living space. The den provides the benefit and comfort of a second separate sitting room. To the rear the extensive screened deck with lounging areas at both ends, and private heated pool overlook the lake.

The villa is in a rural area and located close to both Sanibel Island (10 mins) and Fort Myers Beach (10 mins). Historic Naples with its designer shops and art galleries, and the natural wetlands of the Everglades are within an hours drive.

The Fort Myers - Sanibel area is known as 'Florida's Tropical Island Paradise' and provides something for everyone :- beautiful white sand beaches, romantic sunsets, fishing, golf, nature reserves and eco parks, museums, restaurants and shops.

South West Florida has long been a favoured holiday destination as the warm sub-tropical climate provides all year round sunshine and average winter temperatures in the mid 70's
