Rental Rates ( GBP )

All prices quoted are for the villa (up to six people) and include gas BBQ, complimentary solar pool heating (electric pool heating also available for the winter months), high speed DSL Internet line, all utilities, departure clean, and sales and tourist taxes.

Optional

Electric pool heating £70 per week.

Reservation & Deposit

A completed booking form together with the deposit is required to secure the reservation. The deposit is £150 per week with the balance due two months prior to arrival. A copy of our booking conditions is also available.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of £200 is required to be paid with the final balance.

N.B. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited . NO pets / animals are allowed.
