Rental Rates ( USD )

All rates quoted are for the villa (up to six people) and include gas grill, complimentary solar pool heating (electric pool heating also available for the winter months), high speed wireless internet line, departure clean, all utilities.

Please add Sales and Tourist taxes at 11%

Electric pool heating $125 per week (inc tax)

Reservation & Deposit

A completed booking form together with the deposit is required to secure the reservation. The deposit is $200 per week with the balance due two months prior to arrival. A copy of our booking conditions is also available.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of $300 is required to be paid with the final balance.

Payment

Payment can be made with a check to our home address or direct to our bank.

N.B. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited . NO pets / animals are allowed.
