Description
The spacious open plan living area consists of a large lounge with wide sliding doors onto the pool deck, and a dining area with table and six chairs. The breakfast room with views onto the pool deck and lake, also has a table and six chairs.
The lounge contains two sofas, cable HD TV, DVD player, stereo system, radio/CD player, and cordless telephone and answer machine with free local and national telephone calls to US, Canada, & Mexico
.There is also a second sitting room / den containing a sofa, desk, TV, DVD player, stereo system with MP3 connection, cordless telephone, and high speed (6-12 Mbps) internet line with wireless connection.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge/freezer with automatic ice-maker and chilled water dispenser, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, waste disposal etc. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
The master suite has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with marble topped twin vanity unit, bath, large walk-in shower cubicle and separate toilet. There are sliding doors to the pool area and views over the lake. The second bedroom, which has a queen sized bed, and the twin-bedded third bedroom share the second bathroom, which has a marble topped vanity unit, bath with shower and toilet.
The home is fully air conditioned and each room has a variable speed ceiling fan easily operated from wall controls. HD Cable television in the lounge with over 100 channels and televisions are also provided in the den, and all bedrooms. High speed wireless internet line in the den. There is a hairdryer in each bedroom, sufficient towels (including pool towels), bed linen, cooking utensils, glasses and crockery etc. to cater for all your needs. Telephones are located in the lounge, den. master bedroom and queen bedroom.
The 51' x 23' screened pool deck overlooks the lake and has sun loungers, six chairs and a table, and gas grill / BBQ. The 28' x 14' heated pool has a pool blanket on a roller and the benefits of BOTH solar and electric heating to maximise pool temperatures during the winter months, and underwater lighting. The lanai - a covered area that provides shade and protection from the hot sun in the summer - also has a ceiling fan to provide a cooling breeze when seated at the table.
Safety features include smoke detectors, emergency light and fire extinguisher. Child alarms are fitted to all doors which lead to the pool area and can be switched on / off as required.
There is a large double garage with an electrically operated door.
Our home has a fully approved rental license provided by the authorities in Florida
