It was the most amazing warm week! Just love having the opportunity to stay at your place while we are in Ft Myers. It was super nice to have swimming available any time we wanted it. Swam every day but the last day as were busy packing to head out.

Just wanted to drop you a note to tell you how much we enjoyed your villa last week. We had a great time. We noticed that you have added two new leather couches and a new dishwasher! Both were wonderful additions. It is obvious that you are taking the utmost care of your property. This was our 2nd year, and I have a feeling we'll be trying to book again for next spring.

Greetings from Frozen Ohio!! We made it home just fine and are already wishing we were back in sunny Florida in your fabulous home!! Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your lovely villa! We can't say enough wonderful things about your home.
It was so nice to get a welcome telephone call from you - I can honestly say that's never happened to us before - it took us both by surprise to say the least!! The pool was great and the neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet - just what we were looking for - especially after coming home from our son's baseball games!
You have been adopted by the Bluffton University family of parents and supporters simply by making our first trip back to Florida after last year an easy transition for us. I don't know if the news of our boys bus crash in Atlanta made it all the way to the UK last year, but we lost five players in the crash so just the thought of the trip made everyone concerned a little uneasy this year. Happily all turned all well - the boys flew and your lovely home was the haven that we needed to unwind at the end of each day!
We loved it so much we're hoping to stay for 2 weeks next year - one week to watch our son pitch and the next just for us to have a week to ourselves in the sun. I don't know how far in advance that you book your home - we'd be looking at the 2 weeks
Like I said you are now "unofficial" Bluffton U. Baseball Fans and it was a good week for our son James "Haus" Hausman - he was named conference player of the week for his pitching efforts - what else can I say - you two made our vacation this year!! Thanks again for everything, God Bless You Both,

We have returned safely to Canada, snow and all. Hard to believe three days ago we were readying for the beach and now are getting kids ready for school in boots and snowpants. The drive home was long, and we were sad to leave the great weather and atmosphere behind. Good thing spring is around the corner.Your villa was incredible and felt like home for our vacation. Even with record breaking cold days (only one was really chilly) we had a perfect vacation.
We most likely will return next year.Hope everything was left as we found it. Thank you so much for your phone call-your concern for our kids' safety was very nice! We will be in touch re: renting again next year!

We enjoyed our stay in Ft. Myers and your home was just what we needed every day when we returned from our ventures around the area. We used the pool every day except one, it was a little breezy and cool that late afternoon, around 70. We had great weather, 80's every day except for the one day it reached 78.
We enjoyed your home greatly and would recommend it highly to anyone. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

We had a lovely time at your villa and enjoyed our stay in Fort Meyers. It is the third time we have been, and we were able to show our daughter and son in law all the sights. The beach on Sanibel was a firm favourite, although we noticed the hurricane damage from 2004. Our little granddaughter loved the pool. The weather was very good for most of the time, although there were a couple of days in the second week when we had a violent thunderstorm and the rain just lashed down. Very spectacular and it didn't trouble us much as we had some indoor things to do.

We all enjoyed our stay tremendously. The location is perfect for all of our favorite things to do there, and to commute to the islands where we spend much of our time. We were also able to relax "at home" when we wanted to and not go anywhere at all. Ken & I hope to reserve again for next winter and extend our stay by inviting some of our family to join us. We are just beginning to discuss how that might happen.

Just wanted to let you know we are having a great time here in your home. It is like a home away from home. The weather has sure cooperated and we are enjoying the pool. Thank you so much for letting us rent this lovely home. None of us are missing the snow and cold of Sarnia, Ottawa and Chicago. Our sons and daughter in law are 5 and 8 hours from us and it is sure nice to be together.
We had the tree up for Christmas day and enjoyed Christmas day beside the pool. Not looking forward to Sat.

We had a fantastic week in your villa. The villa is beautiful, the nicest we have stayed in and definitely has the wow factor. We spent hours in the pool and even saw what we thought was an osprey catch a fish, whilst lying in the pool. The area and beaches are fantastic and we will no doubt return. We will of course recommend your villa to our friends.

We had a wonderful time in Fort Myers and a large part of that was due to your villa. It was very nice. We always stay in villas, and yours is top notch.
I would like to leave some specific comments about your villla. First of all, the gas grill was wonderful! We have never had that included in any other villa in the past, so we could actually grill the fish we caught! Also the beach chairs and cooler were such a nice surprise! We have had to buy a cheap cooler and chairs in the past (and then leave them behind).
I loved the journal that you have available. We used the restaurant suggestions that other guests had written about and enjoyed. Also your neighbors are so nice! The pool was beautiful, and no fighting over lounge chairs when you supply four!
In all, we felt like we were in a home, not a hotel. We studied the wedding picture in your great room and are guessing that you are pictured with your son or daughter. Another personal touch we enjoyed. Thank you for checking in with us and requesting feedback.
Hope you will pencil in a week or two for yourself soon!

We had a wonderful relaxing time. Your home is beautiful. You had everything there we could possibly want and more. We enjoyed the pool and sitting at the table watching the birds on the lake (didnt see the alligator though). We went to Sanibel for a day. Went up to Boca Grande for a day to see
friends who just purchased a townhouse there (1 hr from Ft Myers).
We would like to do 2 weeks next year if that's ok

We've been vacationing in Florida for 30 years and this is the first time I was sad to return home. Your Villa is absolutely lovely. It was such a treat to find a home so well stocked for guests. I especially appreciated the "cleaning" supplies and vacuums. The house was spotless when we arrived and I like to keep it that way during our stay. Your equipment makes that possible. Your kitchen provides everything one could need. The location is marvellous, although it will take another visit to discover all the golf courses. We did enjoy the ones we played. Your pool and lanai are marvellous and we spent much of our time there enjoying the great weather (there were two blizzards in Wisconsin while we were gone..18 inches of snow) and watching the birds and eagles and turtles on the lake.
Our entire time in your villa was so enjoyable and we're hopeful that it will be available next February or March as we would love to return.

We thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home for a month. It had all the amenities of home and was very comfortable. The other homes in the neighborhood were also lovely and equally as beautiful.
We did get to utilize the many nice shop's in the area. Miramar Mall had so many nice stores we spent the day there. We also had a great time at the FleaMaster Market on a Friday and got so many bargains (perfume, jewelry, clothes, etc.) we didn't know whether we could get them all home.
We spend several days going to Sanibel Island and did the sea-shelling along with dining at the many great restaurant's.
There were many great restaurant's in the Ft. Myers area and we thank you for the folder in the den with suggestions and menu's. Some of the best that we sampled were Sam Seltzer's for filet mignon and The Fish-Monger for very fresh grouper.
Anyone who visits Ft.Myers should make it a point to visit the Edison-Ford houses on Ft. Myers. We got alot of great pictures of the plants and trees along with the homes.
Again, thank you so much for the use of your lovely home hope you both doing well in England.

We just arrived home because we went to Vero Beach after leaving FM. We stayed at a friend's place until yesterday and returned to snow falling. (Our friends went to Boca Raton to help their son do some work on his house for a few days after leaving FM.) We were once again delighted with staying at your home. Now that we've grown more familiar with the whole area, we spent more time at home, used the pool several times because the weather was so gorgeous the whole time we were there. Your place is just perfect for 2 couples - plenty of space for being separate when one needs to and lots of places for coming together. Our friends brother & wife (they live in Bradenton) visited for lunch one day (the day we met your neighbors) and they too thought the place was great. On the last two days, 2 friend of ours stopped by after a business trip and on their way to visit parents upstate, and they too raved about your home, its attractiveness and layout. Hope all is well with your family and that your new grandson and daughter are thriving.
