We have just returned home from Gatwick after a great holiday. Thank you so much, your Fort Myers home was just wonderful. We thought that you had displayed great taste in furnishings and decor and all the fittings. Our children simply loved the pool and both my wife and I had time to take in the surroundings.
We were both impressed with the management company who look after your villa. They were helpful and friendly.
We are thinking already about returning to Fort Myers next year. Our children break up on 21st July 2004, do you have any availability around that time, for a week or two?

Thank you for renting us your home in Fort Myers. We were not disappionted neither by the accommodation nor the location. The villa really felt like someone's home rather than a rented property. We really liked the personal touches like the family photos. The phonecall on Sunday was a really nice touch and much appreciated.
Needless to say the villa had everything we needed and the location suited us very well. I had originally been looking in Fort Myers Beach but could not find what we wanted. I am very glad that we didn't because I think the location of your villa being more central suited us better.
Once again, thank you for helping us to have a wonderful holiday and if we decide to come back to Fort Myers we should be very happy to stay in the Sanderling Villa again.

We had the most fantastic holiday and your villa was a perfect way to relax after the chaos of Disney and Key West. We really enjoyed watching the variety of wildlife from the pool deck and it kept the children entertained for hours, especially the anhinga which frequented the post right outside...Anyway everything at the villa was perfectly OK and we would have no hesitation in returning, it's such a perfect spot!! I can see why you love the place so much. Thanks again for the use of your lovely home.

I just thought I should let you know just how much we enjoyed our stay in the house in Fort Myers. Apart from the weather, which was wonderful, the house was so very nice and comfortable, and as I said in the book 'one of the nicest we have stayed in'. Everything in the house was in good working order, and certainly seemed to be well looked after. We hope to return next February, but as yet have not finalised dates or flights. Perhaps you could let me know what dates you have available and I'll be in touch.

We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your lovely villa in Fort Myers, Florida this past month. The house itself has a wonderful design: the master bedroom and bathroom on one side; two bedrooms and another bath on the other side, and the "great room," dining area, and kitchen in the middle. The setup allowed our guests to enjoy their privacy, while enabling all of us to come together in the living area when we wanted to socialize. The pool and deck area are wonderful, looking out to the lake behind the house. We couldn't get over the fact that there were five (5) television sets scattered throughout! The furnishings were very nice; the beds were comfortable; and the den/family room seemed to be a favorite spot for everyone.
Sanderling Villa is located in the back of Wellington Lakes, a very peaceful area, and the development itself is only one mile away from shopping and a nice bike path. All in all, we were very, very happy that we rented from you, and we already have made plans to rent again next year.
