We really had a great relaxing break and found the house surpassed expectations. The photos on your site do not do your home justice. The house was bigger than we expected and the little extras that you had thought of were great. The local information and extra files in the den were brilliant and we read through them to get ideas of things to do.
The pool was excellent , we all enjoyed our holiday and found the house in a nice area located well for beaches and in a friendly neighbourhood.

Your villa is excellent and we have no complaints at all. It really is like moving into someone's home because it is so well equipped. The pool is a great size, the alligator came to check us out a couple of times and it was really quiet with hardly anyone around allowing us to relax in peace which was what we needed after doing the theme parks the week before. The info provided in the villa is very good and even the pool cleaning guys were helpful with local knowledge. We thought the Publix store at the top of the road was very good and is worth a mention, much better than Wal-Mart.
All-in-all its a great place to stay and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

As you know......
We travelled to your home for a quiet week after a hectic couple of days in Key West. We found your home extremely well appointed and close to both the lovely beaches and the four main shopping malls in the area. It was great that all of these locations were easily within a twenty minute drive. Publix on our "doorstep" was really convenient for the day to day items, but the main star of our stay was your home. We've stayed in villas in Florida on four or five occasions and your home was head and shoulders above the others. Your attention to detail on accessories and the obvious care you take of your property, certainly made this family feel really at home. You should be proud of the standard and facilities that you provide and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Wellington Estate.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the villa. The location is excellent, being quiet and in a very attractive position, overloking the lake, with all the facilities and the beaches close by. We were delighted to be able to leave the crowds (of Washington & Orlando) behind and relax in the peace of Ft Myers.
We had everything we could want, with all the little touches of soaps, kitchen & loo rolls provided. The information pack was very helpful and your tip for the Sunflower restaurant breakfast much appreciated. I do not think we could suggest any improvements - it was all thoroughly enjoyable. Even the aligators, turtles, bird life etc. all put it appearances on the lake!

Thanks very much for the use of your villa, it really was great, and proved to be the ideal place to relax after what was a hectic time in Orlando, as we attempted to visit as many of the attractions as we could ... like you do on your first visit !
On arriving in Fort Myers it was nice to spend a few days just by the pool, the kids loved it, and the solar heating just took the edge off the water, so there was no need to ease yourself in slowly! The neighbourhood was lovely and quiet, and when we did see anyone, they were all very friendly. I really can't think how things could have been made any better. Your villa had the real feel of a home, and had everything you could ask for. The surrounding area has so much to offer as well .... we spent some time on Sanibel and Captiva, great beaches and plenty of places to eat, just a pity to see how much damage the hurricanes had caused, the beaches at Bonita were lovely as well. Our biggest trip was down to Key Largo, split over 2 days, where we swam with dolphins at Dolphins Plus .... a truly memorable experience for all of us, and also took a boat trip out to the coral reef, testing the sea-legs as the boat rocked around, but certainly made the rather long drive worthwhile.

We had an absolutely fantastic time in Sanderling Villa, It was a real home form home. It had everything you could possibly ask for to make for a really relaxing break after the hustle and bustle of Orlando. The kids loved the pool and it was actually a struggle to get them out of the villa to go to the beautiful beaches and surrounding areas of Fort Myers, but we did manage eventually. This was our 5th trip to Florida but our first time renting a villa. What can I say ! If we had known how good It was going to be we would have done it sooner. Our kids are Disney veterans and were actually beginning to get bored of the whole Disney thing, So it was good to try something different. We all enjoyed the experience and will hopefully do it again. We will recommend your beautiful Sanderling Villa to our friends and family.

Thankyou indeed for an enjoyable week in your home in Fort Myers. It lived up to all our expectations and to the glowing references from previous guests. You clearly put a lot of effort and thought into making your guests' stay as pleasant an experience as possible. No doubt on the one hand that that is good for business. However I also get the distinct impression that you recognise that peoples' annual holidays are a significant event and want to make it as enjoyable as possible. We particularly appreciated the extensive information you provided on the house and local area - it saved us a lot of time in personal research. We also personally feel that cleanliness in a holiday home is as important as comfort and facilities. Yours had all of these.

Arrived home yesterday morning after 2 weeks(all but 2 days) of glorious sunshine......We didn't want to leave. Your Villa was absolutely perfect,and as far as improving it, I really think that you have covered most everything that has ,and would make any guests welcome. Also judging by the remarks from
previous renters, you need not worry, as you villa has everything one needs to make one feel at home.
My wife and myself fell in love with the Ft Myers area and are seriously considering buying a smaller property in the near future, and would be very grateful for any advice that you may have, and any pitfalls that one may come against when purchasing in the US and what it entails as far as extra costs and taxes are.
Once again thank you for letting us enjoy the use of your beautiful home in Florida, and we hope to hear from you soon.
