Thanks for your message. I actually arrived home today having spent two days at my daughters in Kent. We really enjoyed the Fort Myers area, had excellent weather, apart from it cooling down to 65 on Christmas Day! Still beats Batley!!! We found your villa superb and I for one cannot think of anything you had forgotten.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at your villa. It was so spacious and clean and maintained to a very high standard. We enjoyed swimming in the pool twice a day despite the storms in the afternoon! It was located central to the beach, supermarket and outlet stores which were all within a very short drive. We would love to return to Fort Myers again and would definitely hire your villa. Thank you very much for arranging for the high chair and crib.

I must say that we had a truly wonderful time in Fort Myers, it offered everything that we were looking for at a much easier pace than the Kissimmee area. Your villa was not only presented in excellent condition but it also provided us with a perfect base to visit the beach, restaurants, shops and more portantly golf clubs. We can not think of anything that could better your villa, all that was required was available. We would all like to thank you for helping to provide us with the opportunity to enjoy ourselves so much. We are hoping to go back next year and if we do I will be in contact as soon as I can to see if your villa is available. Once again thanks very much.

We had a great time in Florida. Your villa was perfect and in such beautiful surroundings. We loved the big fridge and the ice maker, now wondering how we could fit one in our kitchen! The weather couldn't have been better and the pool wonderful.

We were sorry that we missed your call upon our arrival at your home. We would have loved to tell you personally how incredible we think your home is. We had such a wonderful time and did not want to leave. We wanted this vacation to be special because our daughter will be leaving for college in the fall and we are not sure when we will vacation together again. Our vacation turned out to be just as we had hoped and your home helped to make that a reality. We all felt right at home from day one, it was well equipped & very clean. The pool was awesome and listening to the sounds of nature day and night was so peaceful and relaxing. Ft Myers weather was simply perfect! We will reccommend your place to our family and friends and I hope to revisit again in the future.

We all enjoyed your home thoroughly. It is a wonderful, very comfortable and relaxing place. We enjoyed our twice daily walks through the community and as you mentioned; your neighbors are all very friendly (especially when we ran out of propane gas for the BBQ on our last evening).
One of our neighbors’ sons looked after our home (bringing in the mail etc.) while we were away and they are interested in learning about your Florida home. We will have them over for dinner one evening and tell them about our wonderful stay at your villa, so you may hear from them.

We had a lovely time in your house - it is quite beautiful and very spacious. The kids especially loved the pool. We had perfect weather, except for the day we departed, then it turned cold. Fort Myers is very nice - a lot busier than 10 years ago! I could easily have stayed there a month - some day maybe!
So back to the grind here in Maine - Thanks so much for everything.

We had a really enjoyable time, you have a really nice place. My wife especially liked the feminine touches
As for feedback - high quality home, very clean, well equipped kitchen (meant we ate in every evening), great location, great views across lake, great pool, lovely and warm (86+ all the time). The travelling instructions were first class.
Hardly used the heating or air conditioning, as the weather stayed warm practically every day - I think we were exceptionally lucky for January.
We will certainly recommend it to friends visiting the area

We arrived home without delay or incident late Friday evening to be greated by mild temperatures and lots of fog. Yeterday was enshrouded in fog but again mild. I look out my window today and see snow falling - all a far cry from the weather we enjoyed while in Fort Myers. Our 2-week weather was perfect (minus 2 days of "cold snap" where it was sunny but temps in the 60s, which of course was not cold to us at all!) - mid to high 70s and sunny, no rain at all.
Your home was as lovely as it appeared on-line - actually better because the physical layout generated so much privacy for 2 couples. It was perfect for the 4 of us, as was the location. As soon as I returned, I went to the website I had found you on to see if your 2007 calendar was available! Thanks for sharing it with us.
